You need to bring all your own camping equipment- tent, sleeping bag, torch, gas cooker, water bottle, pans, plates, dishes, knife and fork etc
CampSite - This is booked privately this should mean only sign circle campers and festival staff, although we cannot prevent the local scouts from joining us and you must be responsible for your own valuables and equipment on site. It is a basic scout camp site indoor toilets and showers and one main building but most activities will happen in marquee tents. There are a few electric plugs in the main building for emergencies, but we cannot supply electric into tents! The camping next year is on the bottom field - we will provide oil drum fire places (altar fires) and emergency fire buckets and we will have piped (cold) water and portable toilets down there too, including a wheelchair accessible portaloo. The marquees will be on the top field, so all the activities are happening close to each other and to the food!
Activities -We cannot confirm the exact timetable until camp, but here is an idea of what we expect to happen:
Friday 2pm onwards Arrive at camp, check tickets at information tent, get programme of information, put tent up and get settled. Indoor games for kids and adults in the hall. Catch up with mates, share a few beers etc in the marquee.
Saturday different workshops for all ages:

In the workshop hours there will be some staff to help out and keep the fun going but you will need a grown up or big friend to come and look after you as well. We will have face paints, Messy play paint and play dough etc and toys to play with. Inside a big tent if the weather is cold or wet and outside when its sunny.
Other Workshops and activities - Archery, rope climbing, lantern making, clay modelling, recycled art, performance, circus skills, grass sledges, bouncy castle (sorry dad, kids only!) and plenty more.
